How to place a Wholesale Order with Dock & Bay

Pre-Requisites

Wholesale account set up with Dock & Bay
Enquire to [email protected] for registration and any questions

Process

2. Login to your account, via the "sign in" link

3. Enter your email address and password.

If you do not know your password, choose “forgot your password” to reset your account password

4. You will be taken to your account page. Now you are logged in, as an approved wholesale account you will receive wholesale prices on the site.

5. You can visit the Shop, but we recommend visiting the WHOLESALE ORDER page to see the whole range in one place

6. Choose WHOLESALE ORDER link in the header

7. The WHOLESALE ORDER page allows you to see all products in each range, and quickly add the quantities you require

8. Scroll to the bottom of the page to Add to Cart

You can also Clear All which will set all numbers in the form to ‘0’, but this will not empty the items already added to the cart.

You can then see the items in your cart at the bottom of the page.

To change items in the cart, choose View & Edit Cart

9. When ready to place order, you can Go To Checkout or View your cart

10. On the checkout, enter or choose your delivery address, choose the preferred payment method, and confirm the order. You will receive an order notification confirming the order.
